The thing that is holding me back the most from my success with women are my emotions. Its like I have fear but also have these physical emotions that go with it. Like tension in body parts and tension in the forehead and shit. I really believe that when this happens I give off a negative angry vibe to other people like I fucking hate them which intimidates them.I really fucking hate this shit and its whats stopping me from living a happy and fullfilling life. Like how the fuck do I handle my emotions and these physical responses my body creates?

Any insights? Id be very thankful.

Im so fucking pissed right now its unbelievable. Ive tried so much from therapy, to self help, to seminars and nothing seems to work. Literally im about to fucking give up. I feel hopeless. Please can somebody show me otherwise?

i agree with this. you can't change everything to be the way you want it to be. accept things as they are.... fully! then set to change it. if tomorrow is the end of the world... that's the way it is, it's a part of life, you can't change it. live your life, get busy, do some physical exercise or gym, get along with friends and do the things that you enjoy.

Stop trying indeed. I would take some fighting classes, like karate or tai chi, maby kickboxing. It enhences your life, you will be surprised.

For more 'practical' advice. To add to the 'stop trying', which can be a little cryptic by itself...




Don't associate with the feeling. If you feel scared, don't start thinking 'I am scared', just notice how it feels, in your body, just watch the emotion unjudgingly, acknowledge that it's there and just observe it, wanting it to go. Just notice how it makes you feel(physically) and just observe it, nothing else. It should pass. Focussing on it in the way you are currently doing just makes it worse.



Like, so next time, as soon as you feel that tension start to creep in, be like 'Ok, here it is again' and just look at it, just observe it. Don't be thinking 'Argh no here it is argh gotta make it stop it's gonna mess everything up this isn't good'.



If you do the above the feelings should pass quite soon. Perhaps you can't get it right first time, so practise with other emotions, when you're at home for example and something pisses you off or agitates you. Just notice the feeling, how it feels physically, and want it to leave, without trying to make it. And it will go.

I know how you feel I am going through the exact same thing right now just losing set after fucking set a couple months ago I was conenplating suicide, luckly I got through it unfortunalty though I have not got rid of the problem completely...
