So there's this hb9 who I've gotten in good with. She was in a relationship but there was plenty of sexual tension between us when he wasn't around and she pretty much mirrors me down to the last detail; I'd say she's within striking distance :). Yesterday her boyfriend broke up with her, and I was wondering how long it takes for girls to get over something like that? I don't want to waste my words on a girl who isn't ready to get back in the game yet. They were together a little less than a year if that helps.

I tend to agree with everyone else. Have you ever known a woman that spends long alone after a breakup? If she's in a rocky relationship to begin with she more than likely has one or two backups in waiting already. Sounds like you may be one of those backups.

The whole "I'm still getting over my last relationship" line is not real. It's for blowing AFCs out of the water.

Best way to get over the last relationship is to move on to the next one.
