So me and a couple of friends go for a drink in a local pub/bar. Not out on the pull just for a quiet drink. We go to a sofa area to sit and on the sofa opposite us in this couple. The girl is hot, an 8 at least. She smiles at me when I sit down. As I like to observe people I gave them a study and quickly concluded that these guys were on a first date, and from her body language she was not into it, she was leaning back with her bag between her and the guy. So as the night goes on she's flashing glances at me and we share a flirty smile.

I get up and go for a cigarette outside. I look through the window and see that the guy has gone to the toilet or something and she's talking to my friends. I go back in and my friends subtly tell me that she told them she was on a blind date and was going horribly - he was a definite afc. I send her a knowing look. After a little while she gets up to go for a smoke. I see my in and I follow her out. We chat outside about her date and have a bit of a flirt. We go back in separately. After more of the same I begin chatting to my friends uploading dhvs about what I do (teaching, my music career etc). I decide to progress so I stand up and subtly signal to her I'm going for another smoke. I wait outside for like 5 minutes. I even have to light a second cigarette. The she comes out, and I say "i was beginning to think you weren't joining me". She then says "I didn't want to make it too obvious". We flirt abit more and then she says "ugh this night was a waste of time". I then said "well it doesn't have to be"
I stroke her face then kiss her. We make out for a minute then go back in.

So to cut quite a long story short, she basically tells her date she's not interested an he leaves. I end up going back to her place and had an amazing time.

The reason I'm proud of this pick up is because i think for the first time I listened to my instincts. Usually I over think and miss my chance. Usually I'd just brush off a girls smiles as politeness etc. but this time I put myself out tree and even went for a kiss a long time before I usually would. I'm proud of myself. Feel a bit sorry for the other guy but then again this was a guy who bought her a pint of red bull cos she said she was tired lol

Lol nice lay report. Your instincts are rarely wrong when you follow them and if you misread them, you will become more calibrated in the end. Good job.
