| I was at a friend's wedding, and didn't know anyone from the bride's side. There was one good looking girl in a group of over ten other older less attractive ladies. I ignored her at the ceremony, but opened at the reception with a soft neg while she was on her way to the bar. I'm 6'5" and she was about 6'3" with her heels on, so I told her with a smile that no ladies ever look at me eye to eye as if she was fucking up by doing so. She smiled and said something friendly. I asked her a few quick questions, "Are you with the bride or groom?" etc.
When she told me she was a school bus driver (I didn't say she was classy) I complimented her in a joking way like this "Oh so the kids must really bother you."
Her: "Why?"
Me: "They're probably not used to having such a pretty bus driver."
Her: "Well... (under her breath and embarrassed) you're adorable." --Here I knew the deal was sealed.
Then she said we had to dance later, I agreed, and went back with my friends. Throughout the reception I would make sure I happened to be near her once in a while so I could keep her interest up, but I didn't want to, nor would it have been advisable to spend the whole reception at her side. I just small talked her during those times, nothing fancy, and danced a bit which allows for major Kino and in this instance a Kiss-close.
The crazy part of this story which I only discovered after I F-Closed, is that a few people in her group were constantly talking shit when I wasn't around. I happened to go to the restroom at the same time as some guy who was in her group. We were pissing right next to each other, I finished first, shook, zipped, washed and rejoined the party. Apparently this guy went back to Tall-broad's group and told them all I was masturbating right at the urinal! I certainly do apply a vigorous shake after a piss to avoid a stream running down my leg as I'm leaving the bathroom, but I was definitely not rubbing off. This guy was just pissed that I was getting involved with his group.
Luckily for me, I stuck with the idea of winning over the group, even though I had no idea what was really going on, namely, that they were all making fun of me behind my back for being a "public-masturbator". I ended up meeting just about every lady in the group and tried to be charming with each of them. I honestly let my decent looks do most of the talking here. It worked, as I found out post-F-close. All the ladies initially thought I was a major creep for the beat-off thing, but by the end of the reception, they mostly were encouraging Tall-broad to pursue me.
I number-closed sometime during all of the mingling with her friends without any effort. Two days later I texted her to come over to my place and take a swim in the pool. She Came. We Swam. I conquered. She turned out to be the biggest freak in the bedroom I've ever experienced, and I've been with some serious freaks before. I'll spare you the details. But it was awesome.
The lesson here is to never underestimate the potential negative impact of a group especially with guys in it. And that any negative impact can be overcome by winning over the ladies in the group. Also, with some simple technique I pulled the ONLY decent looking girl at this wedding. She's a 7 at best, but her height was a big turn on for me, so in my book she's an 8.
