Orgasm is good, no orgasm is not necessary bad.

It's much harder to cum or keep it up when you're very drunk. Also considering that this was your first time and that you might have felt some stress it is not weird that you didn't cum or had problems keeping it stiff. From personal experience, it's also harder when you jacked off only a couple of hours before.
You don't need to worry about it, there might be many reasons for what happened and she'll probably understand. If she brings it up, you can tell her that you should do it again and do it right this time or even make a small joke about it.
