Right I don't know if you have read my intro piece, if not its under "British later starter, 37 and ready to learn"

In a nutshell, been together 16 years, bored of each other, sex dwindled to nothing and both decided to finish it. Still living together as I look for another place, had a couple of quick shags soon after the split (bout 3 months ago) then nothing since. I do believe that was only due to me active over aplha to probably soothe my battered ego! She went on holiday with a m8 and banged a bass player in a band. (ironicly she has tried to message him since she got back and he is ignoring her! LOL I shouldn't laugh really as that was a bad lesson she has learnt!)

Anyhow, day before yesterday she got up and I watched her get out of bed and put her gown on, just out of the corner of my eye I did glimpse a fair bit!, she got a bit of a tan and was quite radiant. I have been reading this site for a couple of weeks now and I thought "I really fancy a piece of that tonight", I decided to put into practice as much as possible of what I have read in this forum and on the site.

I would need to adapt a little, i.e. she wasn't someone that I had only just met, She has been giving me constant cold shoulder and re-buffs for weeks (i.e. querying for sex was met with an abrupt "NO, I'm tired and want to sleep, leave me alone" however the plus side was we was going to be around each other for most of the day and isolation was not a problem as we still sleep in the same bed.

So challenge set for myself I decided that because of the history I would have to throw as much as I could at the situation! Here is what happened:-

I got into the Alpha mindset from the start, I thought to myself "that ass is in my house, in my bed and I am GOING to have some". I went downstairs and immediately started mixing alpha with kino, I had to get past her so I gently held her arm and moved her to the side and slapped her ass as I went past. She immedaitely followed me into the kitchen as as I made a coffee she hopped up onto the counter and commented on how brown her legs had got. She was seeking validation so I hit her with a neg saying only the fronts of her legs were bronzed but they were STILL nice...instantly she tried to re-qualify by showing me her arms!

Her I saw an opportunity to get her thinking about sleeping with me so I said in my quiet sex voice that there was one thing she could do to make her legs look better, "Oh?" she said. I fixed my eyes on hers, stepped over to her, hoisted her legs around my waist (remember she was sitting on the counter) and without taking my eyes from hers and only about 2 inches from her face said "Put them either side of me". Then I stepped away again and carried on making the coffee. The look on her face was magic, her legs still in the open position, leaning back slightly with her mouth slightly open with a glazed over look in her eyes. I gave her the coffee and walked out without looking back.

Throughout the day I was acting Alpha and kinoing her at every chance, I wasn't following her about, only when she passed me and she seemed to be coming past quite a bit more often than she normally did. She was even making me hot drinks...something which she has always complained about before! Towards the end of the day I decided to change my game and become indifferent, to see if she would react by making opportunities for me to comment or touch her ect...it worked as she coming to sit down beside me and trying to start conversations.

In the end she said "right I'm going to bed now" something she not said for a while as she normally just goes up, I just responded "Uh huh" and carried on watching tv. I gave it half an hour and made a coffee, took one up for her just to see what she was up to, there she was in bed with the cover up round her neck, her arms bent behind her head relaxing, one leg out of the cover up to her hip. I slowly put the cup down on the cabinet beside her and used my sex voice again, fixed her stare and said "re-payment for your earlier ones", she smiled (not seen that for a while) and said thanks. I walked away without looking back.

Crunch time...another 30 mins I decided that I had to go to bed and it was now or never, I walked into the room and she was in the same position but with the TV on, I got undressed and got in the other side of the bed and copied her position. We have a pillow going down the centre of the bed to seperate and I could just make her position out without making it obvious. I matched her breathing and after a couple of minutes changed my position slowly. Took both my legs out of the cover, slightly open and put my arms on my stomach, within 30 seconds she copied however under the cover...ok matching body language....

5 minutes later she turned off the tv and light and I felt her roll onto her side facing away from me...this is where i usually get the bad re-buff. I gave it a couple of minutes of silence...man my heart was racing, I was so nervous..a rejection here was not something to walk away from, not something to move onto the next from...I calmed myslef down so I didn't sound shakey and started in my sex voice again.

Me: You tired?
Her: A little. (good sign, normally she complains about being really tired)

Me: Fancy some fun?
Her: No (now before I would have probably left it at that, but I noticed she wasn't protesting anywhere near as much so I stepped it up a gear and tried to make it fun)

Me: Tell you what, I'll do you a deal
Her: I don't do deals!
Me: If I can't turn you on in 30 seconds, you can roll over and I'll leave you alone
Her: No! (the no was a playful surprise "No" i.e. pitch starting high then getting low, then she giggles..I'm thinking GOTCHA)
Me: you only say that because you know I can do it
Her: *giggles* (that was my cue, time to go Alpha) I threw the dividing pillow off the bed, moved over to her, she was in the feotal position facing away from me so I whispered into her ear making sure my lips were brushing her lobe and said
Me: I'm going to anyway...

16 years with her I know her hotspots, nibbled her ear and neck while my hand clasped her hip, 10 to 15 seconds of that i gently clasped her arm and pulled her to roll her toward me.....there was no resistance!!!!, she instantly rolled onto her back, put her arms above her head and opened her legs, they got caught in the cover and I just pulled it off in one go.

After a passion filled session we started talking, and it was a good relaxed talk which basicaly she told me I have a green light to go for other women! she would not get offended! She only asked two things, 1 not to bring them back home and 2 if I was coming near her to make sure I always wear a condom.....Holy shit I think I just made my ex into a fuck buddy!!!

I did test that theory last night with another girl I know (another story) and this morning came home and told her what I had done (obviously being tactful and sparing her the details), she was fine, we both repeated what we had said to each other the night before and everything is cool! I gotta admit I am totally speechless!
