That's not a problem: girls like you to last for longer (as long as it is not for hours and hours) in bed so they have a chance to orgasm themselves. Only lasting 30 seconds is actually a problem. It is known as premature ejaculation. Also, you have no chance to enjoy the experience of sex if you are only lasting 30 seconds. Next time just focus more on the experience, the feelings, the kissing the way she looks, her skin, etc, etc. Don't be thinking of the orgasm the whole time.

As for the rest, all I can say is that those are pretty standard problems. It should get better the next few times.
