So I decided to get a nice watch off ebay. I was browsing the web for a while and ran into a very unique and solid watch that is both casual and elegant with some peacock thang to it, which is perfect even if i dress casual V-neck, jeans and flip flops and want to show some groomness/wealth.

Got the watch and suddenly i noticed I catch more chicks looking at me on the streets, coffee shops, bars, work etc. Sometimes get a smile or girl lurking around me at the bar. Basically getting more opportunities to meet girls

I always test different things to see what works and get me more positive responds from chicks and even guys checking me out and came to conclusion that grooming is extremely important for first impression. Even if it's in the subconscious level. I have friends who look very handsome but they don't care about how they dress, smell etc and I get way more attention than them.

If for example you take the supermodel David Gandi and make him fat or skinny, put bad clothes, chicks will dig him much less.

Anyway 2 friend and I went to a bar with live music, 20 minutes in a girl stares at my watch for a few seconds, i look at her and smile, she comes next to me 'Nice watch!'
Me: 'Thanks, not drinking tonight?'
Her: 'No unfortunately I have to wake up at 6am'
Me: 'I'm **** by the way'
Her: 'Nice to meet you I'm ******'
*Shaking hands, kissing on both cheeks, 'you have soft hands'
Her: 'Thank you *smile*'
asking her 'What do you do for fun?'
*She talks for awhile*
Me: 'Where do you live?'
Her: 'Pretty close'
Me: 'I'll take you home. Let's get out of here'
Her: 'Mmm... *thinking* i'm not sure... my friends..
Me: Turning my head away for a second and asking something i can't remember
Her: 'blah blah blah'

The old me would never tell a girl after 10 minutes 'let's get out of here'... but would maybe ask for the phone number and then probably get flaked, or go on a date and after 2 hours will walk her home and ask if i can use the toilet or something that would rarely work because i somewhow ruined it in those 2 hours... I learned that getting laid is easier early than later when she tells you 'ooh i need to wake up but it was nice meeting you' after you spent 3 hours of the evening and $30 buying her drinks.

I think getting them aroused and then offering to go home makes it easier.
And i also think a stylish watch can make you appear more ok to talk to and less like a creep. Just my thoughts after years in the field I do believe it. Use it in your own favor

That's beautiful except for one thing. That watch was a crutch for you. Would you not have been able to have the same conversation if you didn't have the watch? Would she not have found you attractive without the watch?

What I am implying is that she approached you which is great, but you would have had the same result if you approached her not wearing the watch. The last thing that you want guys doing is thinking that they need to go buy some kind of prop to get women.

All of those same chicks would have been looking at you on the streets, coffee shops, bars, and work would still have been looking at you if you gave off the same confidence. For example, I grew a goatee a few years back and I loved how it looked on me. All of a sudden I noticed women staring at me everywhere I went. In my mind it was the goatee. This girl that I dated for a few weeks, who approached me, eventually told me that I'd look better without it. But I liked it and it gave me a confidence boost, like you liked your watch and it gave you a boost as well.

Attraction comes from confidence.

ok it's been a awhile and I get chicks complimenting me like twice a day and notice some look at it
yesterday went out to eat some pizza and on the queue a girl said
"i like your watch.. wait is it a watch? how can you read the dials?"

i changed the band to HQ rubber one that i got from amazon for like $10, looks more sleek and will last very long.

The watch you got is a a knock-off movado, which is super expensive....
