So here's the first of many I hope. The following situation happened after I started reading all of your posts. Thank you for all the advice and insight. I give credit for this one to the education I have received just reading posts on this sight

I'm a Real Estate Manager so I was doing some work at an apartment complex on a Saturday. Just weeding and checking up on the place dressed pretty casual in board shorts and a Tshirt. I noticed this HB9 sitting on her door step with her dog. That morning I told myself to go sarging that day so I approached without hesitation.

When I approached I immediatly crouched to her level to pet the dog. The whole dog thing gave us a great topic to start off with. I talked to her for about 20 minutes making sure to spike the conversation with DHVs. I could tell she was interested in me so I told her I was on my way to the driving range and asked her if she wanted to come. She couldn't. Upon exit I gave her my card. She called me 5 minutes later when I was leaving asked if I wanted to join her for dinner.

At this point I knew it was a done deal. Porked her within 2 hours of going over for dinner.

There was no real routine but there were some important factors which should be noted. In the future I will try to point out anything which may be useful to you all (rather than just a tell a story about how sweet it is to get laid)

1. I approached without hesitation (three second rule)
2. I immediatley played with her dog (showing I was fun)
3. I crouched to her level which put us on an equal playing field
4. when we talked about traveling I mentioned how I love the feeling of seeing new places, blah, blah. I described to her in detail HOW IT FEELS to go somewhere new and how it is even better when you can share that feeling with someone else, like a fellow traveler. I did this part because women identify more with feelings, emotions, and intangebles. I do not know how to use NLP but I do know that a key component is gaining access to a girls inner phsyche. This is clearly what the travel comments did. She was puddy after that.
5. I showed her some interest by asking her to join me. It is not always a good idea to neg a girl. Sometimes you just need to give them permission to like you by showing that you like them. DONT OVER DO IT THOUGH!

I agree. I think negs can be dangerous and need to be delivered carefully or with a smile. If you neg a girl and she's already had a bad day she might take it badly. She may also see thru it and respond sharply to you.
