in a way, this was a great experience for you. it really helped you clarify what you want- and what you DON'T want.
i totally agree that having a clear idea of what kind of girl you want is great, but for many guys, getting out there and experiencing for themselves what they like and don't like is the best way to get a clear picture of this.
otherwise it's just mental masturbation about what they THINK they want.
good post, but for anyone reading it, one great way to 'find out who you truly are' is to go out and get a variety of sexual experiences with different women. it will give a you better understanding of yourself as a man and a person, sexually and also just what other traits they have which you might like or not like: agressive, passive, docile, energetic, talkative, reserved/deep thinker etc.
