Do you change up the positions often, or just stick with one or two?

How about just sticking to missionary the first time.

Then when you're ready for round 2 (the same night or next morning). Experiment a little more. You can start by spooning her from behind, working her up again kissing her neck stroking her inner thighs, you know the deal. Then when you feel like she's ready/wet lift up her leg and just slide it in there lol. This is a good position to switch around in, you can lay her on her chest and if you wanna transition from there all you need to do is pull her up by her belly from below and spread her legs so she's ready for doggy.
