I've been spending most of my time on this board looking at inner game issues and focusing on developing confidence to combat AA.
Anyway, I f-closed in one day my friend's sister in law in a field on a farm just through the improvement in my attitude; she kept going on about how sexy I am. And really all I was doing was forgetting to feel AA. Good times!
Unfortunately, the f-close actually messed up my confidence when it was done. The sex was good, but I just drew a blank as to where to go from there, so my confidence tanked. I have plenty of work left, but thanks to everyone who has the guts to put their experiences on here so we can all improve!

Congrats. Its all about improving. This site has helped me in a few situations. And its been good for me to help out a few people when I can.

Congrats on the F close! I am confused why your confidence tanked afterward though, that sucks man! I can imagine one problem you had comes from the fact you were...in a FIELD! There isn't a hell of a lot you can do in a field, especially if the sexual tension has just been released: you can't watch just chill on the couch and watch a movie or whatever. Was there something she did / said to make you feel bad - did she seem disappointed you were not doing something or other? Anyway, don't sweat it mate: if you just had good sex that should overshadow any doubts - that really should be the highlight of the day, not what to do after. Sorry I don't have any really good advice, other than: smile bro!

I have AA and trying to get over it. This inspires me to work towards getting rid of my AA.

iam working on getting a F Close too, so far i can only do number close, but I never call them back because I just want one night stands from clubs....
