I don't talk them into coming back to my place when we meet at the train station. I set this all up before we even meet. First I give them a compliance test. I say, for example:

me: If you'd like to just meet for a short time Thursday afternoon would be good for me. We can meet at the pier. But if you think you want to hang out and relax a bit, Saturday would be good for me. We can relax at my place.

explanation:

If she says she wants to meet for a short time it obviously means she is not comfortable coming to my place. So I arrange to meet her at the pier near my place where we can look out at the ocean and talk. My plan at that point would then be to kiss close in the first 10 minutes of our meeting to start the physical relationship and get that physical awkwardness out of the way. This also hooks her and makes her want to meet me again where I will then try to f-close.

If she chooses choice number two I can take it as she's pretty much willing to let me f-close her. The important strategy in this method is that you are mentally preparing them for the date, so that it doesn't come as a surprise on the day that you actually meet. On the day that you meet, she's already agreed to come back to your place and it's not a "new" or "strange" idea at this point. She's had time to get used to and accept the idea.
