So, on the train from London to my hometown me and this girl had been making serious eye contact for the past week. However, she has always been with her manager (she commutes home with him. Must add he is 20 years older than both of us so, no chance of them being to together, so I ruled that out completely).

Anyway, she comes over to my seat sitting diagonal facing me. Now, I picked this up as a IOI purely because of her body language and how open she was. She wanted to be closed! So, she comes over and within two seconds I said... "It's about time I introduced myself, I'm Exclusive" (I used my real name). I flexed my arm as any gentlemen would and she replied. Her manager came over, she introduced me to him and him to me and I didn't pay her any attention, just focusing on her manager, asking what he does and all this and she kept trying to get a word in, and I said playfully, "is she always like this?". He put his headphones in and then I transferred my attention to her. By this point she wanted the attention I gave to her boss...

So I did. It all went perfectly, we talked about work, she laughed pretty much after everything I said. I played with her words, what she said etc. It went really well. About 8-9 minutes later after not really showing interest in closing her, my stop was coming up. I saw she had a Blackberry and then went in for the phone close, in this case blackberry messenger close. Bearing in mind towards the end she took out her BB and was fidgeting with it. So I said, "I presume you have bbm?" she said yes accordingly and I put my phone to her hand and there it was, my first train pickup.

I've played it cool with the text, only once after and that was to take the mic out of her due to a status, then I said "Can't believe it took my this long to talk to you - unlike me" she said, "aw - it was nice to finally meet you" then I just ended it at that.

Today, I'm going to text her to see if she wants to meet for a coffee. How does this sound?
"What times your lunch?"
"12"
"Would you like to meet for a coffee?"

or something like that. Could I do something better?

I felt confident and like a PUA. It was great.

I readed on the forum that the 'Would you like ...' questions aren't that great.

I use this kind, more direct:
"It's time for a coffee, where do you prefer?"
Or
"Meet you at coffeetime, just let me know where"

Always let them chose a place. Unless they ask you to chose one. With the more directive they don't even have to 'yes' anymore They don't have to think if they like to go with you. Sounds weird But it works. If they want to go with you, they'll text you a place or ask one.
