The last half year I have been studying the methods of PUA-skills. Although my field experience is still limited, with my theoretical knowledge of these books (MM, 60 years) i managed to have some successes.

The last week I was on holiday in Eastern Europe. A good opportunity to practise my PUA skills. Me and my mate went out every night to score girls. We both use different approaches:
- me: indirect opener/neg/DHV/kino/acting not needy
- my mate: direct/kino/show that he want's to score

The first night we went out, he k-closed 4! Me none!
THe second night we went out, he f-closed a HB9! Me none!

The women here in Eastern Europe are very pretty. Probably it's the culture, women rely on their looks. So a neg will not work here. In general an eastern European girl wants to hear that she is pretty, not that she is smart (although she is)

I changed my game during the week: no more indirect stuff, I am going for direct. Of course this needed several days to be 'natural' for me.

The last night I met a girl, a friend of a friend I met there. The first thing I did was seducing her with my eyes. All the time I didn't say much, but i kept close eye-contact with her. When we were sitting down in a club I kino'ed her, laying my leg to her leg. Then I layed my arm around her, grabbing her hands, continuing kino'ing. Finally I just hold her and kissed her.

My lesson: direct approach, eye contact kino, and TAKE THE RISK!!

Yes, there are lessons to be learned every single time. But don't think just because a direct opener proved to be successful for one particular guy with a particular girl, it's gonna be a bullet-proof technique.

I tell you this cause I live in a country where things are very very different than in the U.S.A... while I can still take of advantage of things like negs, DHV's, etc, I often need to focus more on the girl herself, what's her lifestyle like, and go from there. And that, you can't learn in any book
