Finally, the night was approaching, and we were as well!
Since there was no line to the club we couldn't open a set before entering, which we would have preferred to raise our value. Got in at 23 o'clock and opened a few sets, but the problem was this was a place outside and a lot of places to sit and this made us a little insecure, opening sitting sets.
With smiles on our faces and a quite nice route we headed towards the bar and opened on the way. Not together but one at a time. We got good responses on the opener itself, but we also noticed it was harder to get from the opener when sober.
We talked a little at the bar about our tactic and I think we hesitated and broke the 3 second-rule a little too many times. We tried to open more sets, almost every set were 2-girl sets, which maybe wasn't the best to do.
After a hard time continuing from the opener and some bad luck with friends to the sets approaching we rested for a while, which we realized later was not very good for our value. We sat down waiting for more sets to enter the club and place outside.
A few hours later my buddy told me to open the last set for the night sitting right behind me. I just turned around and opened with
"Quick question, who lies more, women or men?", rooted the opener with
"Me and my buddy were discussing this... blah blah." and moved on with the "Best friends-test". This set was actually going pretty well.
I got some kino and negs on the target and talked more to the obstacle, but my friend joined us a little too early, before we all were introduced to each other, with "Hi man, have you seen Lisa?", so I had to say "Yeah, she's over there".
I DHV'ed me and my buddy with some stories, knuckled the target who commented my ring and I did take advantage of that. We introduced and this was moving very smoothly. I managed to keep 'em both interested during the conversation and now I just waited for my friend to join us again so we could move the set.
This is were it all went a little wrong. I kept them interested, got many IOI's from the target, maybe 10 or so, but kept chatting with and pulling routines. I couldn't really move my target because here buddy were cock blocking me so I really needed my friend here.
After maybe 20 minutes without any big move (just some more kino on the target, like leg touches and "the spin" to compliment her after a good try that didn't work out) I realized he wouldn't appear and since this were the last set I said I had to go without number closing or anything.
I met my buddy outside and he told me that he was standing behind them waiting for a sign from me before entering, but I didn't see him. So that was a little bad luck for us, 'cause I really think that set would be easy targets for us to KC or what ever...
Tips and suggestions please!
So, please come with any kind of critisism that can be useful for us!
My buddy had a harder time moving on after the opener than me, so we'd love some advice on that!
We really want to improve our progress tonight with the help from you!
Thanks in advance and best regards, oskino
