First, I am not not a Alpha male. In fact, to be perfectly honest, most of my significant relationships initiated with the opposite sex over the past ten years have been initiated via the internet.

Call it a crutch, but first aol and now myspace/facebook have simply negated my need for interpersonal interaction. Over the years, Ive become a great writer, built my body to the point that Ive actually been in fitness magazines and even launched a thriving business-- all the tools neccesary to pick up a chick without the conversation skills to back them up. Still, here I sit.

My point is it is time to make a change. Now one thing I do understand is putting together a workout program. Apply the correct ratio of sets, reps and time under tension and you achieve muscular hypertrophy. Pretty simple stuff. Now it is time to apply this formula to my game.

The plan: Grow my game through initiation of sets, building social endurance and identification a method to flaunt the tools listed above.

The method: Humor. Every facebook, match or myspace profile Ive read pertaining to the opposite lists this as an attractive quality. With this in mind, I plan to study the routines of my favorite comics for openers and discussion fodder.

Frequency: Study/sarging 2-3 days per week

Objectives:
- Identify an arsenal of openers
- Build social endurance (increase the time i can carry on a conversation with the opposite sex)
- Identify ideal social arena (since I am in to fitness, this will probably be the gym)
- Develop day game (I am an aspiring bodybuilder and need my rest. I am unlikely to be found in clubs late at night)

Week #1: Day #1:

- Identify three openers and test them on three random girls.
- Initiate 2-3 random conversations
- Comic: Tommy Davidson. For those of you old enough to remember "In Living Color" Tommy Davidson was the man behind "Men on Film", Howard Tibbs III and Sweet Tooth Jones. This guy has always been one of my favorite impressionists, so perhaps black comedy can bring me out of this pasty white boy shell.

Wow, I think it's awesome how you approach the development of your game the same way you probably plan a workout. And if you stick with it, I can see you gaining immense progress and possibly becoming a mPUA one day. I wish I had your goal-setting abilities and self-discipline.
