Ok, so me and my wing have this mission. Were both new to pu and are looking at ways to get past AA, including the 3 second rule. So what we are doing si, depending on the day of the week, thats how many approachs we have to do in a night. IF its monday, then we have to do 1 each, tuesday 2, wednesday 3 etc. If we miss a night by not going out, then we have to ADD THAT AMOUNT TO THE NEXT NIGHT.

So I went out to a venue and had a canned opener and tried it on two different sets. The opener went something like this: "Hey, I need a female opinion on something. My sister has just had a baby, and I think she's cute enough to be a model for some babys clothing company, like you see in newspaper adds and billboards. But my sister doesnt think so. What do you guys think? (show them a photo of the baby on my phone).

This Gambit opened both sets well, but seemed a bit forced. Got conversation going anyhow. Got myself out of both sets by the hook, just cause I new I had no where else to go. But then I thought Id take a different approach. and go with the a situational opener (HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY! said with enthusiasm and a smile) shake hands with the guys in the set and get their names, but NOT give out mine. the was a HB 9 in the set that I had seen at the bar before and had let her be served before me, so I said, "oh, your the rude girl who doesnt know how to wait her turn, but I forgive you, after all its australia day." Then instantly launnched into the ESP routine with the guys. The HB 9 took the bait and wanted to join in, so did the routine on her, but told her "I dont think you know what ESP is" she seemed taken back by the comment but still wanted to play. Then went into the Five questions game and she lost, got out of her chair laughing hilariously, smiles all round, then I went into the Cube. At some point she mentioned she had a boyfriend, but this turned out to be untrue. She was deffinitely giving IOI's so I gave some of my own, but kept negging. Right up till the end, when she gave me the finger, I just kep negging. Should I have moved into comfort?

This girl was really taking to all this material. I used it because its ALL I KNOW.

any insight would be much appreciated.

Why not isolate and kino escalate?
If it was uncomfortable to isolate or kino due to her friend, go for a #-close.

I personally hate canned material in the early stages. It is good for a newbie, because you dont know what to say, but once you've passed AA you should go where your head brings you. Of course, always taking into account the basic rules of the game (no compliments, search for IOI, negs).

I think it turns out much more natural and enjoyable for the girls. Otherwise you're like a juggler or a magician that shows her one trick after the other. What about some real conversation? The routines must not be done in sequence. They should be done as intervals betweens real conversations...

1,2 or 3 negs is enough.

Sometime, you almost don't even HAVE to neg, but doin once or twice won't hurt that much.

If you neg a little bit to much, and your negs are more "teasing" like "Oh so that's how you dance? Good thing your pretty tho"

or

PUA: "I dunno how your boyfriend puts up with you/ Your boyfriend doesn't give you enough spanking"
Her: "I don't have a boyfriend"
PUA: "That's probably for the best."

If you do this toooo many times, you'll come out of as a jerk.
You can change the image just a LITTLE bit by sayin something like "I tease with love."

I'm new too so this probably ain't the best advice, but better then nothing tho
