| Hello fellow PUAs.
Here's a few things I did to change myself before the sarge:
1.) get some jewelry for peacocking. (first time I've worn it ever!)
2.) figure out some topics that were on my mind so that I could bring them up during conversation
3.) get fresh new outfit that day at the mall
4.) make sure I had some sun that day
It was a laid back bar with dancing in a back room. This was perfect for separating the talking from the dancing, which I don't like to mix.
There was a good, educated, professional, bi-racial mix of people there. Good numbers of women.
As soon as I walking in to the bar, I had a few good looks. I should have approached right away, but it was my first time. I simply asked her a question which was a real question. I wanted to know if the bar in front of us was the only one in the place. No big whoop.
So I get a drink in my hand, turn around, and talk to the nearest people to me. It was a couple (guy and gal). They were happy to chat. What really impressed me was that the guy really dug my new shirt. He was very sincere, and the gal agreed that it was nice. I've never received a compliment like this EVER before, and I've been out a lot. The interesting this to note is that when he was admiring the shirt, he TOUCHED THE GOLD NECKLACE while talking about the shirt. So, my first lesson was that the jewelry DOES help and makes your entire outfit better. Without the jewelry, I highly doubt the shirt would have been so cool.
So I go on and talk to a real 2-set. They are not that hot, but I chat them up about what happened to me that day. (one of the pre-set stories I had memorized for the event). I entertained them fine and met some other of their mutual friends. I was off to a great start.
Enough with the boring shit..
One of the things that I wanted to learn that day was the Soulja Boy Dance. There were lots of black girls around to ask, so I did. They were more than glad to help me out. I have good natural rhythm, so I picked up the moves quickly and felt more empowered.
While getting lessons for the dance, I was chatting up some hb7 at the bar and telling her my mission for the night of learning the Soulja Boy Dance. She was very supportive. I kept going back and showing the new moves and giving her updates.
She happened to have a hb8 friend that was listening in. I remembered not to give the 'target' much attention, so I just charmed the one I had been talking to originally and occasionally glanced at the hb8. They were both tickled with a white guy quickly getting down the dance.
The next time I saw the hb8, I was walking past her, and I just smiled big and said hello. she did the same. I really didn't think it meant much.
She had some dude following her around all night like a scrub.
At the end of the night I saw the hb8 talking to 2 men and we made eye contact. I motioned her to come over to my end of the bar, and she smiled and came to me. I reached out and she put her arm on my shoulder and I had her around the waist. The scrub that had been following her actually followed her when she came my way, but quickly sat down when he saw our friendly physical connection.
I made a quick crack about the scrub that keeps following her and she laughed.
Then I said, "Are you busy right now?"
She said in a very sexy voice, "I'm free all night".
I didn't follow through b/c I had DD obligations with friends, but to me it would have been an f-close on my first day of true sarging.
The main lessons I experienced that night that ring true with the PUA game:
1.) Talk to everyone
2.) Smile
3.) Peacock
4.) Have some backup stories (be conversationally prepared)
5.) Give attention and entertain the friends of the target
6.) Don't expect anything, it will come if you play correctly.
Well, I hope I didn't write to much, but it was my first one, and I felt very very successful. The only thing I did wrong was have too many drinks. I should have had only 1 or none.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Just wanted to let those out there know that this PUA stuff is for real and is helping me get better every day with all areas of my life.
