So, same night as HB8 losing her phone, my wing goes to pick up this girl sitting on the bench, I go over to the guy that is standing near here, he is old enough to be her dad, but didn't even cross my mind. We take a few steps away, and we are jst shooting the shit. I see my buddy R shake her hand and tell her to have a good day (it was 4 am by this point). I tell the man that it was nice to meet him and hope he has a good vacation. As I turn to leave, he sas, well hey...We are staying in room **** and you should come by thurs., take my daughter out, and show her a good time. I got his number, and then she comes over to me introduces herself, smiles, and says she looks forward to seeing me on thursday. How the hell does that happen? How do ou inadvertantly number close the dad, and get the daughter. I am not bragging, it was an honest fluke. Does that ever happen to anyone? Needless to say, my wing was pissed. haha. Being new to this, I am often left trying to analyze situations, and figure out how this worked, or what went wrong...usually what went wrong.
