so i did it, and ive pulled her hair, and no primal orgasmic feeling at sight!!

any advice? (on routine or on kiss close??)

the phase shift can work but you have to build up enough kino and attraction up in the first place which im guessing wasnt done here.

furthermore you cant just do it randomly , try building up sexual tension next time - triangle gazing,sexual conversations,two steps forward one back etc.

by the way if you think youre half in the friend zone then youre probably in the friend zone .

How often did you talk to her? How far are you kino-wise and sex talk wise? If two weeks past without moving forward in that department, you may very well be in friendzone.
The easy solution: Start doing it! I had a similar problem, but during a Day2. I realized half way, that we did not talk about any sexual/relationship stuff and just started (subtly) stiring the conversation in that direction and even took her to a sexshop (which was actually alot of fun).
