It has been a while since i've posted on this forum on this topic. But anyways last
night i went out with a couple of friends to a club, got in for free (Thank God). It
was open bar from 10-12 at night so we got free drinks and I admit that having
drinks in my system sometimes makes me have more liquid courage to approach
women.
First set of the night, I'm chilling by the bar laid back finishing up my drink when all
of a sudden a chick comes to me and grabs my hand and starts to talk to me about
what my name was and all these questions. (I was thinking what the hell is going
on, why can't it always be like this?) Anyways, I had a gut feeling this girl was chit-
chatting with me to get a free drink or something since she wasn't 21.
Me: So, why did you come up to me? Is it because im the most handsome guy you have seen tonight? Or is it because you want a free drink?
Her: OMG, I would love a free drink (Big Smile)
Me: Oh alright you want a drink, do you have 5 bucks? (Smile)
Her: No no! Your supposed to get me a drink..
And from there she told me she was going to look for her friend and she would
come right back. So i said, alright I will be around. A few minutes later, she comes
back and grabs my hand and i start to kino her more and start to talk to her. But,
her friend was being a total cockblock and grabbed her hand and just walked off
on. (WTF Moment!
)
So I missed an opportunity on that one, now that i think about it I really don't know
how i would handle that situation again. Any clues guys?
I went to get another drink at the bar, and I opened up to the bartender with
"Quick question, how many times do you get hit on by drunk guys. Me and my
friends are debating that u get hit on by at least 15-40 guys in one night?"
I had a nice chit-chat with her, but she's a hired-gun, so her whole job description
is to smile and show as much clevage as she can to get a nice tip. So i didn't pay
attention that much to even trying harder with her.
3rd set: I approached a Blonde she was at least an 8 (tall, beautiful eyes, and sexy long legs)
Me: " You know, i saw you from across and I had to come by and say you have to
be the most gorgeous girl in this club. My name is ___. (Big Smile)
Her: Omg, your so cute, my name is hb blonde.
I started to talk to her to dance, but I was at that point where i was trying to
accomodate my friends as well. But i lost my friends, so I lost the set. I was pretty
pissed because later on my friends told me that i should have just danced with her
by myself, and not worry about them. But I was thinking more for others than
myself. Bad mistake!
Overall, I had a great time last night! My goal was to approach women and have
fun! Although, I didn't number close or k-close I still feel like I accomplished more
than I would before reading PUA.
My mistakes
1st. were, I didn't know how to ignore the cockblocker and get the
target engaged in me again.
2nd I should have been more alpha and just forget
my friends and take the lead with that girl and dance with her but i didn't.
