So, after spending the last two months pinning over my ex girlfriend I fnally decide to get back in the field today. One of my buddies was going to pick up brochures from a nearby university and I accompanied him. I approached a total of 3 Hbs. I did not use any routines, just asked normal questions like directions and suc=h and then chatted with them for a few minutes.
I was to meet up with a certain chick that my female cousin is intending to hook me up with but she wasn't around. My friend has really hit it off with this cousin and is actuallly still there as I type(I had to come home ealry due to some emergency). He is not into pick up and doesn't even know that the community exists but darn! hashe been on a row lately. Three days ago(Sunday) we went to a club and he managed to get a really hot chick to dance with and also give him her contacts. Then later while we were travelling home, he solidly number closed some older lady and she has even invited him over to her home sometime this week. He is not even a natural, and until Sunday was probably the shiest person I knew but Sunday seemed to have given him such a confidence boost and he is still riding on the wave of his succes.
His exploits have given me the courage to approach more and though I still miss my ex I know it will get better with time.
I realise this isn't much of a field report but what the hell...baby steps is what I am taking
