When I first started doing game back in May, I was a complete wreck. I was shy, awkward, insecure. But once I started studying and learning and practicing social skills, I have noticed a HUGE boost in my confidence. The "good days" that I used to have about once or twice a month, is now three or four days a week.

I do still have one problem, though. I go to a very small school (250 high schoolers) and out of that there is maybe 10 HB 8-9s, and there is no 10s. This scared me out of doing approaches at school, because one screw up and that is one more burned bridge. I actually have burned all bridges in my previous years with all but about 5 of them. So losing 1 significantly decreases my chance of dating someone at my school, which is the best place for me right now.

So I waited and thought "let me just wait and I'll do an approach tomorrow, I really don't wanna blow it." And this happened for the first entire week of school. So yesterday I found out that the hottest HB (HB9) just started dating my friend yesterday. This was a real eye opener for me. I got tired of waiting and sitting around with my thumb up my a*s for an opportunity that would probably never present itself to me. So I decided I am just going to go for it. And if I fail, at least I did SOMETHING.

Also, I just broke my hand the other day, so is there some good openers I could get out of this?
