i've been paired up with this girl to work on some uni tutorial presentation work thingo, now we only actually arranged to meet like once before to get some work done for it. during that time, i negged her heaps and did a fair bit of cocky comedy, and she was laughing and stuff and seemed engaged in conversationalising with me. overall it went well, though something i realised only afterwards that i should of done is kino. i didnt do any of it, is that a big mistake?

and second time i met her was in the next class we had together, i was pretty tired from that day (coz i had a party the night before and didnt sleep), and so was quite out of state and not as cocky/funny or talkative. even though i talked, she responded normally, but seemed alittle less interested this time round, and after class instead; talked to her normal female friends.

so the top part about not kino-ing in the first meeting ;is it a big mistake? should i start kino-ing next time i see her? and regarding being out of state in the second time i saw her, is it possible to reframe that for next time?

Always kino, it's very important, even though not doing it once isn't 'game over'. Don't worry about it too much, but make sure you've learned your lesson and do it next time.

And on the out of state thing. It's preferable that you're always in state, but definitely not a disaster that you interacted with her while you were tired.

Never worry about possible mistakes you have made in previous approaches. Acknowledge them, analyse them, learn from them, but don't worry.
