Ok, so last night I went out with my wing. We had the sole intention of sarging for the first time. We are university students living on campus, so maybe dynamics change, but it was -not- a success, other than the experience in of itself.

Just wondering what Im doing wrong:

I leaned over my shoulder and addressed what was at first glance a pair of HB7's, then realised they were HB5's. Not my style. I went with it anyway...

 :x:
Swan: "Hey guys, red or white wine?"
Girls: "huh?"
Swan: "Me and my friend here were just debating, would you drink red or white wine on a night out like this?"
Girl: "Oh, white... I guess."
Swan: "Ah, no waaaay, see, thats what my friend says but I cant stand the stuff! No way girls, you looked like you were women of class. *(big smile)*."
Girl: "oh =/."
Swan: "Nah only messing, you guys enjoy your evening ok :)."

See, I failed big time. I forgot the false time constraint, despite looking like I was just flying by. I think I was to harsh on their opinion, and didnt leave it open ended enough for them to respond, but rather I kind of disregarded their opinion by negging, in the hope that they would defend and we could get talking...
I noticed Id failed the set big time, so I disengaged gracefully.

I pretty much tried the same routine again later on a HB8 and HB4. This time they answered Rosé, and I was like, woah, thats a girls drink, I cant drink that, you guys have no taste, etc.
I had a big cheesy grin, and they were just half-offended, half-wishing I would go away and half-laughing it off. ;P
I was in conversation with them for about 3 minutes, and I even complimented a third girl who joined the set later, but I had made the mistake of negging the opinion of both the girls. (Hard not too when they both state the same decision).

This highlighted the importance of FTC, but aside from that, where else would you guys suggest improving.

I PROMISE NEXT FR WILL BE A LOT MORE FUN! :D
...and interesting.

Friday, we try again!
-Swan. (Please help :S)

Your at a university u say? ok well I am at uni too. One thing that i would suggest is, dont use the mystery method, on other students in student bars. Chances are you will have seen them about somewhere, or they will have seen you. They may have heard stories about you, or know ur friends.

One massive part of university life is the friends you make, I suggest looking at some of gamblers stuff on building you social status, expanding your groups and playing a much longer game... you will find it a lot harder to F-Close so quickly in a university setting, simply because the girls will be worried that their friends might know you, or they could be gettin into a love triangle etc.

The plus side to being at uni, is that when you have extablished a wide array of highly attractive girls as friends, it is far easier to make the relationship sexual (of course these are generalisations)

One thing i have noticed is that if you want to actualli practice your Pick-up, just go to a normal pub/bar where local people hang out..... that is where you will have the most luck for your one night F-Closes
