| I was at a company conference and my company was sponsering a party where the customers and employees could drink all they wanted. The party was over so we moved to a local bar to finish off the night. I found the dart board and started throwing darts when two of our female customers approached. They had just met each other earlier in the evening.
Without having any idea of what a DHV was, I challenge one of the customers to a dart game. I was throwing really well, so I started getting cocky with her. Here's the tip...after knocking her down with some Negs, I IOI'd her by 'assing' her out of the way. She starts Kino Pinging me back, and then IOI's on every dart throw to try and mess me up. Escalation begins to the point where her new friend says, "You are giving off some serious vibes." I was an AFC and had no idea what I was doing...I was just having fun! There was another customer who was an HB9 who was watching and getting jealous.
I had to go to the bathroom, so the girl I was Kino Pinging follows me to the bathroom and walks in with me. Two guys are finishing up. They leave and she locks the door. She unbuttons my pants and starts jerking me hard (painful) but I take it like a man and reach into her shirt. All of a sudden there's a pounding on the door and people are yelling "We know you are in there, you need to come out." I called it off and she left the bathroom.
I found out the next day that she was a lesbian. I was like...WTF?
Now that I'm an aPUA, I analized what went on and leveraged the experience last Saturday night. There was a girl who was constantly Negging me and we were playing pool. I started challenging her, and then she was in my way so I "ass pushed" her out of the way. I started running some IOIs and began escallation. She wanted me to miss a shot so she could win the game. I said, "Come Here!" and gave her "the look". Then I kissed her with a little tongue action and pushed her away. I fucked up after that...I missed the shot on purpose, and there were no signals for comfort building. It was a DLV move, hence the aPUA. I had to deal with "it wasn't my fault" tonight as she attempted to blame it on me because she "was very drunk".
On Valentine's Day, I dressed up in my black suit with a black shirt and told everyone I was mourning Valentine's Day. It was a way to Peacock and a great 'story' for those who were single and in the same boat. I took my camera with me to the bar. Two other guys happened to be dressed in black too. I had a HB9 target who was 20 years old. I ignored her and handed the camera to a guy to take a photo of myself and these two other guys. By creating this event, I proved myself a leader of men...getting guys to pose for a photo and another to take the photograph. DHV's were very high. All of a sudden, the target panics and says she wants to take a photo with me. I felt like a freakin' celebrity. It was also interesting to have an AFC try and shut my game down, only to fall on his face when he expressed that I might kick his ass.
A lot of this I've done naturally in the past. Now that I know what is going on, the power is amplified. Less mistakes = greater success. Thanks to all those who have contributed to studying social dynamics.
