Say(Sarcastically), "Yeah, because I really have to impress all you X guys. You guys fucking rock"
X=Whatever you know about the guy, cut him down to this defining characteristic. His shirt, his accent, his bleached hair, whatever.

This should let you get rid of him without losing face. For bonus points, make girl-talk "this guy is creepy" EC with the HB after.
