FR#19 (Year 2 since reading the Game, OCT 07 - Present)

Alright so since Halloween things have been somewhat shitty for me. I wasnt able to make any progress in my game, and have been constantly ripped on by my buddies (jokingly of course) for sarging 15 years old on Halloween (Im 20, I didnt know they were 15!!!!). Anyways, tonight I went out looking for some redemption. Didnt have any expectations, but I wanted to prove to myself that Im a gamer, and am making progress with this stuff.

So I head out to the bar with my 2 buddies John and Carson (both non-gamers). And at the bar waiting for us is Carson's exclusive GF HB7 Irene, and her friend HB8 Leanne who has been John's FB for the past 2 months or so (but were not exclusive, John has been sarging other girls). As soon as we meet with them we all grab drinks. Immeaditely, I feel like the 5th wheel here as we are sitting at the bar and I am sort of locked out of the set. To the observing eye I am DLV hard so I tell myself to man the hell up and work the set. So I just start joking around with my buddies, and negging the girls back and forth. Im just running pure natural game, trying to win the girls over and its working. Im going from 5th wheel, to actually being involved in the set. Perfect.

So after about 30 mins of bantering between the 5 of us, we all hit the D-floor and thats where I really step my game up. Now, I have never considered myself a good D-floor sarger, but tonight at the bar I took my D-floor game to a whole 'nother level. Me and John just start dancing hard on the D-floor with HB8 Leanne, while Carson is dancing with HB7 Irene. We are just doing the most ridiculous retarded dance moves, but we were just acting with such "dont give a fuck" attitude that all eyes were on us. After a few songs, John and I decide to rest and roam the bar for some sets to work. As were going around, I bump into the receptionist from my Doctor's office, and chat with her for a couple of minutes. Shes about a HB5, cute face but kinda fat. I kinda want to close her because Im all about the cute faces, but I wanted to see if I could do better first. So I eject, and head back to the D-floor.

Back on the D-floor we just go back to acting ridiculous again. We were just trying to have as much fun as we possibly could. I start grinding with HB8 Leanne alone, as I notice John has started to work his "game" on other girls. After grinding with HB8 Leanne for abit she leaves to go to the bathroom. So I see the HB5 Receptionist on the D-floor and start grinding with her. Im getting tons of IOIs from her, and I feel she'd be an easy close if I really wanted too, but I still wanted to see if I could do better. Anyways, HB8 Leanne comes back from the bathroom and tells me...

HB8 Leanne: So you seem to be the talk of all the girls here
Me: What do you mean?
HB8 Leanne: Well in the washroom I overheard some girls talking about you. Saying how they were interested in the guy in the grey shirt on the D-floor
Me: Haha really, were they good looking? (at this point she wasnt my target, but Im think HUGE DHV for me, thanks girls in bathroom haha)

Anyways, I start dancing with HB8 Leanne again. But Im thinking, shes Johns FB, I cant do anything with her unless I get permission. So Ill just dance but nothing more. So the dancing goes on for a bit and we'd be in and outta the dance floor for the next hour or so. Eventually, HB8 Leanne says to me,

Leanne: "Why arent you drinking?"
Me: "Cuz you havent bought me a drink yet" (my favorite C+F response to that)

So I challenge her to Styles 5 lies game, and beat her on question 4. I still remain perfect in this game (knock on wood). So she buys me a drink! Anyways, it eventually becomes me and HB8 Leanne pretty much dancing exclusively. And John is off sarging another HB7 in the bar and on the dance floor. Thats when she tells me that shes pissed at John because he treats her like an asshole. However, Im still unsure of what to do at this point because Im getting tons of IOIs but Im loyal to my friend. So I just say, "I havent heard him say anything bad about you. Hes my friend and its not my place to say anything either." So I go and ask John if its cool if I try and hookup with HB8 Leanne. Which he insta "YESes" me to go for it. However, Im not sure whether Leanne is trying to use me to make John jealous, or whether she is genuinely interested. Looking back now my logic says both. But anyways, this is how it plays out...

So I finally got the ok to make a move on Leanne. If she was fair game I wouldve made the move atleast 30 mins before, but nothing I could do. So now was the time. It was getting late, bar was almost closing it was time to man up. So I ask her Style's K-close question,

ME:"Do you want to kiss me?"
Leanne: "Im not too sure yet".
ME: "Lets find out"

Boom. K-close. No makeout though. I could tell she was still confused with the whole John situation. Anyways, we dance for a bit more until the lights go on. The bar is closing. John #-closes the girl he was sarging and invites her and her friend to an after party we were going to. So everyone gets in my car, but Carson, Irene, and Leanne arent feeling the after party. So we just drop John off and head home. On our way home, Leanne is sortve crying. Shes pissed at John and Im just trying to stay out of it, because I felt only saying stuff would hurt my cause. I dropped Leanne off first and she thanked me for the ride and being a good guy. Then went home with Carson (hes my roomate) n Irene.

Overall, Im disappointed I didnt really open any sets, and that all my game was D-floor. But I am happy with how I DHVed myself on the D-floor. It was clear that me and John were the life of the party, and you could see the envy on the faces of all the guys there. Dancing with Leanne was also a definite DHV. Going forward I dont know what will happen with Leanne. Honestly, I doubt stuff will happen between me and her. I think I did attract her during the night, but I was still just a rebound. We'll see how it plays out, but Im not gonna get my hopes up and chase her. Anyways, thats that.
