Okay i'll start you off with the backstory from 5 days earlier...

First night out sarging after year long relationship ends. Go to local popular beer garden/bar with mate (who is also aspiring PUA) and during first drink while discussing strategy we get proximity alert from 3 blod HBs. I go over and open target HB blond 8 with:
"Hi, what do you think about symbolism?" and then transition into ring routine.

She loves it (multple IOI's) and we talk for a while before my first major mistake is brought to my attention... I didn't defuse friends and I was subsequentlty cock blocked. HB 8 says she'll come finish convo later... yeah right!

HB blond 8 goes off with friends and I see her talking to some dude later. end.

Tonight, 2nd night out sarging and see HB blonde 8 with friends and am recognized. I make a point of approaching immendiatly and pay extra attention on friends before moving on to HB blonde 8 and mentioning that i was sad she didn't come back the other night.

I playfully neg her and then transition to number close by saying that i was worried she'll "go to toilet with friends and not come back". she offers her number and asks for me for mine. cool.

She goes off with friends and then again, I see her with different guy and ignoring me.

I struggle to shake one-itis before opening a couple more failed sets.


QUESTIONS:

- Should I have moved to kiss close instead of/ in addition to number close?
- Was I right to try andignore her talking with other guys and concentrate on opening new sets? or should I have gone back and marked my territory?
- Should I call or txt HB blonde 8 since I have her number? or should I get rid of it as punishment for her talking to other guys and move on to new sarges?

Better to open multiple sets with a view to merging them. You might have to resist all your nstincts screaming at you to get aggressive and mark territory, but it's usually worth it.

You certainly shouldn't be getting oneiitis with someone you just met. Sounds like you're a bit rusty and just need a bit more practice. It's the good old calibration period.

Yeh i tried to move on and even opened a few more sets.... but found myself looking around to see if HB blonde 8 was around.

Considering I number closed, should I follow up or let it go and concentrate on opening new girls?

I don't see any reason why you wouldn't follow up. Just make sure you carry on sarging in the meantime, don't hover by the phone waiting for her to call back.

Well this was on friday night.

On sat night I kiss closed one girl and full closed another.

Last night i msged HB blonde 8 and set up a indoor rockclimbing date for this week.

i'm loving using these new skills!
