I'm so psyched up right now, my heart is still racing it was brilliant. Heres what happened.

I was in the video store returning 3 dvds and looking for a few new ones when there was 2 HB8s just in like track pants looking for movies. They werent standing together so i came in through the middle of them towards the one who wasnt the target.. (This after like 5 minutes of heart racing decision making)

Curse: *sigh* no, no thats a terrible movie. Dam, and you two looked like you had taste. (Too strong?)
HB8 non-target: huh, well we're into chick flicks.
Curse: What you really need is 'Babe: Pig in the city' Its got everything, comedy romance drama, and horror if you get freaked out by pigs.
Target:laughs. blah blah
Curse:witty banter cant really remember much, i was saying stuff about movies.

we were talking about horror movies then snack food, then i ran a snack food rutine that i made up but never used.
There was this big movie screen at the back of the store and it plays new movies so i was standing there with them aswell watching it for a bit.

I hadnt planned to seperate them, but i did it by accident, i suggested the hb target come help me look for movies.

HB8: What about this one, *picks up romeo and juliet*
Curse: ohh! your killin me!
HB8: laughs and sticks tounge out.

Then i claimed i left the car running so i did the usual David D close i learnt, time constraint. Got her number after some cheesy line involving meeting up so i could educate her on good movies, and left.

It was f**ing awesome! I had to sit in the car for like 10 minutes before i left like shaking. Exhilirating!!

Congrats man, love the line about "good taste." I dont think its too harsh for a neg, it all depends on the tone of your voice i suppose. Saying it in a jokingly manner is best, and if they don't take it as a joke, they have social problems and it is probably best to avoid. You managed to play it cool and it worked so in answer to the question: not to harsh.

lol.. I only managed to 'play it cool' in the parts I chose to mention in here. I should have stuck around longer, and i think more DHV would have been good, and a lot more transition. But im still psyched i succeded better than any other time.

Congratz champ... next time you go out on a sarge, remember that feeling of succeeding... harness it. Now you're gonna need an idea for a day 2... what ever you do, do not go to the movies... BIG NO NO!!! do a search under movie dates, or something, and you'll see some quality posts as to why, not to do it....
