Got to school today after refreshing my memory with some routines and stuff last night. I thought I'd put a little spin on them with the same ideas and see how they work.

Since its school, I know all the people that I am gaming. Not all of them are friends, but most of them are acquaintances.

(4-set of girls, HB7-8, circle around the lockers. I approach with no opener and join their circle)

HB7: so i heard you shattered your ipod screen or something?
me: who told you that?
HB7: people talk. i dono
me: ya well, i was walkin downtown toronto and this big guy came up to me. told me to give him my money but i said no so he stabbed me and it hit my ipod blah blah blah it was crazy.
[group laughs]
me: no, i actually walked into a bike lock post.
me (to HB8): you know, i was in toronto this weekend, and i saw about twenty girls that looked exactly like you.
HB8: haha what's that supposed to mean?
me: well, you have kind of a generic look. just lots of girls look like you. not necessarily a bad thing...
HB8: hm interesting. i dont look like that many people... hahaha
...blah blah filler fluff conversation etcetera
me: you know, you look kind of like a dalmation in that shirt, cruella deville.
HB8: hahahaha laughs

etcetera.

this is my game mostly, i use a lot of negs and make jokes about the target. they often laugh, but i feel like i overuse negs? and i try to be funny a lot.

later on we went out for lunch (my buddy, me, HB7 and HB8) and she was showing some IOIs. she was touching me a lot, laughing at my jokes, etc.

what do you guys think?

This is good work. Negs are wonderful in this situation as long as you keep it light and remember not to go overboard. Every girl in a school situation has a tipping point.

School is perhaps one of the most socially challenging arenas there are - everybody is vying for position and being dicks to eachother to become king dick. The other problem is everybody knows everybody. Go past this tipping point and not only will she bear a grudge for being just another school dick, but you may find it has a knock on effect to all of the other girls in the school when they get wind of your jerky ways.

So play it intelligently, once you are convinced that they regard you as a socially valuable character immediately start the compliments and allow negs to take a back seat (although NEVER telegraph too much interest for several reasons of which im not going to go into now.) Don't overdo it, but start making her think - 'wow he has a really sweet side to him, what a perfect boyfriend he would make'.

Good point, I forgot to look at the setting and the challenges that brings along with it. I should be more intelligent about this. I have noticed it is a much more... intertwined and complex arena for sarging than is a bar or club or even a party. Thanks for the advice...
Are there any specific tips you have for a setting such as school?
