I went to a club with my roommate tonight and my AA was getting the best of me for a while. (probably like an hour or so) when we were walking back down stairs there was a group of four people yelling up into the air and i walked barely past them, turned around and was like "what's this about? it looks fun!" the four set was two guys and two girls. I introduced myself to the guys first, then the girls. we chatted for like 10 minutes, then we all split up.

My roommate and I decided to go try out some different bars/clubs and they were all fail. not a lot of people at all. We wound up back at the previous club and we arrived to a MUCH more packed place than before.

We were going back upstairs and one of the guys from before was like "hey Josh!" and he was with this 8 that was pretty hot. I didn't even think I was going to be interested lol (or that she wouldn't be interested in me?) but I walked around some more approached a couple girls with nothing at all really.

I wound up back with them at the booth they were sitting at and was talking with those two dudes from before and the 8 was dancing like a wild child haha. She was pretty drunk and knew it.

Anyway, we ended up talking after those two left to smoke and I didn't really use anything, the convo went like this:

me: "You know you would totally fail a breathalyzer right now right?"
her: -giggles- "Yeah, I know, I'm really drunk right now"
me: "I can tell, you were beating up that poor chair over there!" (she was really beating up a chair while dancing lol)
her: -giggles-
me: "You're like a 20 year old you know that?"
her: "haha, I'm 27!"
-she gets up and dances some more and ends up flopping down beside me again-
me: "you're a big goofball! What do you do?"
her: -laughs- (I can't really remember lol) but she ended up telling me she's a singer/songwriter which relates to me because I'm a recording engineer.
me: "Are you a jazzy/country or bluesy singer?"
her: "jazzy/bluesy"

I ended up asking some more stuff, we got up and danced together and had a good time, she ended up kissing me on the cheek and whatnot, and grabbed my hair and was like "omg, your hair is so soft!" I said "I know, isn't it wonderful? You know what I really like?" I did the thing mystery does where he pulls her hair from behind gently and she loved it lol.

She ended up kissing me on the cheek and stuff and I dove it and kissed her on the lips, we ended up exchanging numbers and I remembered her name which seemed to make her REALLY happy. She asked me to call her tomorrow "when I'm sober" she says. I said "sure, maybe we'll get together" she was agreeing to it.

I ended up walking out and was waiting at the walk light to turn and she came out next to me and I said "Are you stalking me now?!? " she giggled and said "no! I'm just going across the street to get some pizza and then I'm gonna take a cab home"

She almost fell over so I caught her and we walked hand in hand across the road in which she started hugging on me as I was getting ready to walk back to the car and said "I like you, you're really cool " I said "no you don't, you're attracted to me" She laughed and friggin SNORTED, I lol'd hard and called her a pig in a playful tone of course.

We ended up kissing two more times after a couple cheek and neck kisses to me and she reiterated to call her tomorrow.

That was a mouthful, now help me analyze this so I can figure out why it worked, I'm somewhat afraid to ask questions because I don't want it to seem like an interview but I was genuinely interested and she wasn't slutty which is a plus to me considering she said "call me when I'm sober".

The reasons I think it worked are because:

1. I remembered her name
2. we had fun
3. I was actually interested in her

Perhaps some more experienced guys can give me some more insight hopefully without saying "Well, she was tipsy."

I was thinking that what skywalker always says was actually very true here. "What is everyone's favorite subject to talk about? Themselves!"

Good job but becareful dude... as you clearly stated, she was drunk. And I think we've all hit on drunk chicks we couldn't care less about sober; the same goes for girls.

Well. Considering she said "Call me when I'm sober" and kept reiterating me to call, personally, to me, that's kind of a cool thing to say. She knows she's drunk, which tells me she'd like to have a genuine conversation with me. I'm fine with that. It says something about her character. I've seen her fun club side, now she can show me her other sides.

while I'm in here, suppose I call, she doesn't answer, is leaving a voicemail taboo in the PUA community or is it okay if you leave a quick "hey, so and so, this is so and so, I'll talk to you later"?

Not, don't leave a message, but if you leave one like that, you are immediately chasing. Remember, you need to be congruent with your character. Remind her of the awesome, fun guy she met last night.

Not "hey... its that guy from last night.. do you remember me? well ill try you again later" Don't chase. Make her chase. Always remember, they want to chase.

Your message needs to be... well, exciting! Cocky! Funny! Intriguing! Mysterious!

Spend some time and think of one. Pull her in with it, while at the same time, reminding her of the good time she had. But, keep it nice and short. And don't tell her you'll try her later, etc. If she doesn't respond, she's not interested.
