Last night I worked the streets of downtown after I finished work. After two number closes and a long succession of approaches gone to shit, I finally headed back to my motorcycle to head home. Near where I was parked was a family setting off firecrackers in front of their restaurant. As I was putting on my helmet this fine HB8 comes walking down the street. I pretend like I'm lost and ask her for directions. She is very friendly and helps me out. I then segway the conversation into small talk. It turns out she had lived overseas in the town I grew up in. I build rapport off of this.

Then all of a sudden I notice the dad of the family in front of the restaurant standing like 4 feet away from us just staring and trying to listen in on our conversation. It fucking annoyed the hell out of me. I started feeling self-conscious and the first thought that came into my mind was to abort, say thank you to her for helping me and be on my way.

I thought the dude would go away, but he just kept watching me. I think he knew what I was up to. I seriously wanted to go over there and punch him in his fucking monkey face. I fought against my instinct to abort and kept talking to the girl. I started the approach in Japanese and then tried to speak to her in English. She could speak English, so I kept speaking in English so that monkey face wouldn't be able to understand. Yet, he still stood there glaring at me.

I was just like, fuck it, I'm not going to let this loser who probably never had the balls to approach a girl in his life ruin my sarge, so I decided to defeat this mother fucker. I was going to number close this girl and rub it in his mother fucking monkey face. So after building good rapport with the girl I whipped out my cell phone and had her put her number in, right in front of this dude who was standing 4 feet away from us listening and watching everything we did.

After she put her number in my cell I talked to her a little more and the dude FINALLY fucked off. So in total he basically hovered over us in a very intrusive and annoying way for about 5 minutes before he gave up. I don't know if the fucker realized how rude he was. Perhaps his tactic was to intimidate me. He definitely had a problem with me picking up this chick.

I'm glad I didn't let fuck face get the best of me and allow him to shake me from my game. I'll pity the AFC as he mechanically fucks his boring wife for the 10 trillionth time tonight imagining what it's like to be me fucking that hot, fine young pussy I picked up off the street.

How would you guys have handled the situation?

hahaha, this gotta be one of the better english field reports i've read. I actually laughed a lot, probably wasnt your intention. Anyway, i don't know what you could have done different. The only thing you could have done was ignore the guy like totally. Trust me, i know thats damn hard though

I think you handled it well by ignoring him, that is, if the girl ignored him too.

If she looked upset, I think it would be okay to kindly tell to fuck off. Something along the lines of: "Excuse me, do you want something?", be polite but confident.

I think that you did the right thing- the guy could have been IQ1.5 and not realised that what he was doing was really rude but on the other hand if he was intentionally trying to rattle your cage then you left him high and dry.

I think it is great that you mention that you had had a numberclose but a number of approaches that had "gone to shit" because you get this impression that anyone who is remotely any good never ever has to deal with failure. This type of FR really motivates me to get out of my four walls and do something even if it goes to shit.

Yeah, I can totally relate to this, bro. It happens to me countless times in Malaysia. I’m not a local dude so its pretty obvious when Im talking to an HB, there’s going to be some man-butter shared. But no less, I tend to ignore them or AMOG them with a mere, “Sorry, no money” like they’re selling shit to me.
