1st Field Report - FPUA
Saturday Evening
Location: Vienna
At a friend’s party
Recently I got trapped in an one-iti case and I wanted to get rid of that, I was pretty sure that whatever happens that night I won’t end up alone.

I and my wind decided to warm up with a bottle of wine at my place first. Golden rule – never go exactly on time to a party. So, we were there at around 21:30.
At first there was no set which I was particularly interested in. 30 mins later a guy joined the party, wasn’t sure if he has something with my colleague so I didn’t know should I do something about it or not- decided to act totally natural till the moment when it was pretty clear that they have nothing but just friendship relation. I didn’t need to open the set cos he anyway was talking to the group I was in. After a couple of cocktails and a guy who didn’t stop chit chatting and bullshiting I got sick and decided to move closer to the target, which was at the other side of the bar.
‘Since I am the only bartender with experience here, maybe I should show u some tricks’- that always seems to work, do men like women who pour drinks in general or?
He didn’t move an inch to make some space for me, so I got that as an IOI, obviously he didn’t mind standing pretty close to me while I was mixing the cocktails. I did kino a couple of times, first as if not on purpose, while trying to grab a bottle of vodka that was on the other end of the bar. I asked him to give me a cigarette and since my hands were busy with the cocktail shaker he had to put it in my mouth and light it up. We started talking about more personal stuff and that’s when I found out that he doesn’t live in Vienna but in Bratislava. No biggy tho… but he had to leave in 10 mins to catch the last train. Bollocks ! I didn’t wanna loose time with that target which obviously was anyway no good deal so I went to the other room. He came 5 mins later to tell me that I should call him if I happen to be in Bratislava these days. Good, but not good enough!
For the next 1 hour nothing was happening and the party seemed dead. Sure a stupid game like ‘never have I ever’ would make the things a bit more … playful?
I didn’t see any set which I wanted to open, not a single man who really interested me. Playing the game was fun but not enough.

And that’s where the game started:
Target : The brother of my friend ( occupied zone by girlfriend which happened to leave the party earlier).
We were some 10 people sitting on the floor talking about ‘positive thinking’. Target – sitting across the circle, opposite of me- staring the whole time. Some girl who I didn’t know- sitting next to him (was that another girlfriend of his?!?!LOL). On both of my sides there were two guys who were obviously after me, me- not interested in easy targets, but thanx guys u just raised my points with 100% without even realizing it. After a short eye contact with the guy and a big smile style ‘What are u staring at?’ (my smile I mean) he decided to say something real stupid ‘You are really amazing, so positive, unbelievable’ ( and that here makes my point totally clear – inner game works great! Positive thinking makes people like you and willing to be with you). I stood up and went to my wing to hug him (we just happened to talk about him leaving Europe in a couple of days, so me and the sister of my target went to him and just hugged him). No idea why, but when I was about to go and sit on the floor again I realized that the guy is just standing there so I asked him playfully ‘Whatup? Are you waiting for a hug too?’. Without waiting for his answer I just hugged him and he said ‘It feels really good huggin you’. It was pretty obvious that it is time to isolate him to another room. After chatting a couple of minutes with some people in the living room I went directly to him and without making any eye contact with his friends, said ‘Guys, I will steal ur friend for a second, if you don’t mind’, the whole time looking at his eyes, when I already had his hand in mine I just told him that I need his opinion on something so he should follow me. The next thing which I said (when we were already alone) was ‘Well, it’s Sunday morning and since we know each other for a couple of hours already, I think it’s time to kiss you. ‘Well I didn’t need to make anything else…he just came closer and did it himself.
Kiss-closed plus #-closed, going out for a drink on Tuesday.

P.s I should really go to Bratislava soon lol
P.p.s ZEGlass and Jay, i know that my mission was to k-close a girl and a guy that night...but there wasnt really a chick which i wanted...so ...maybe next time
