| Well first of all, you haven't kissed her and you haven't agreed that you're an item. You've agreed that you will be, but I think you did leave it a bit late to move and seal the deal, particularly since you've been talking to her for a few months, which BTW is way too long to be leaving this thing hanging. If you had agreed that you should hook up as soon as school resumes and then you didn't hook up as soon as school resumed, then you've probably missed the boat on this one.
If you still want to salvage something then you're gonna have to make in snappy, but don't let it be any big deal when it doesn't work out, and I can assure you it's a good bet that it's not gonna work out.
Just treat it like a science experiment, put this down to an early calibration period, and remember that there's plenty of HB9s out there, especially in school where the girls are at an age where they haven't had time to put on weight yet.
Don't act weird whatever you do, don't get upset about it, and definitely don't let anyone see you getting upset.
Are you quite young? My first romantic endeavours were a disaster - I had the hots for this girl and we did actually become a couple, went on one date, and it was the talk of the school. But at age 14 the scrutiny from everyone else was intense, I was incredibly uptight about making the wrong move in case I'd embarrass myself in front of the school, I literally froze in her presence, and I left it forever to actually make a move on the girl, she got bored, and she got rid of me. It'd have been a whole lot easier had I had some way of meeting girls outside of school and I'd have been able to think straight without the paparazzi breathing down my neck at every turn.
