Ok, I was out having a drink with a group of people. It was a slow night and very few good targets. I sat down in the lounge and talked to some people I knew and some that I did not know. Anyway, just to keep my skills up I opened a girl (together with another guy seated close by). So this other guy was apparently not her BF or anything but she was some kind of Journalist (like 25 years old and HB 6,5). I start talking to her about whatever, (I think I opened with like: sorry, I guess I have ignored you guys). It was not too difficult to start a conversation and after a few moments I realized that I did not need more than tell her my origins (no Im not american) and what I do for a living (it is a high value job). That in combination with the social proof, body language and preselection (some IOIs from girls Im not really into) got me through A2. I did not need to run any DHV stories at all. Just to pass time I improvised a story about me and my ex-GF going around traveling etc. I got IOIs allright, like her touching my leg and leaning in, laughing at things that were not funny (you know the drill). I got my camera up and started taking photos of random people in the bar.
After a few minutes of fluff I got approached by another girl (I guess about HB7 but not my type). She sat down on the other side of me and wanted to see the pics. I got some new ones and showed them the old ones (accidently flashed a few photos of myself together with other girls and friends...).
The more I talked to the newcomer the more the HB6,5 touched my leg. I ran the jealousy plotline thing for a while and started doing some A3 for the first girl, like beauty is common (but my version of it made to fit that exact situation). I IOId her for some things she told me (not about her appearance). Suddenly the HB7 mentioned a husband and I didnt mind (not my type remember). So I went into, oh how did you meet? And fluffed about that (cocky funny style) for some time. At this point the HB6,5 was touching my leg like once every minute to get my attention. I let her do that for about 5 minutes and then turned back to her and ran some comfort. She mentioned that she just met me a few times but I didnt care. Why would I? This was not a bitchshield, it was just a sign that the more personal comfort building stuff were too much for her just then.

So I started commenting peoples social interactions around the room and she was amazed. Suddenly she says: There is more to you than meets the eye. I reply: Of course, there always is. And she asked me: Do you think Im bored now? I replied: Err, no, why would you be? She replied: Ok, youre right, I am not bored.
So I asked her how she met her husband and she was so shocked.
HB: How did you know that I was married?
Ezo: I just knew, I dont know how?
She asked me that question several times and stressed that noone ever believed that she was married before. The fact taht she didnt want me to find out sounds like a strong IOI for me.
A band started to play and I just stood up said: Lets go listen to the band. And walked away. It took her 1 second and then she was following me through the room. It was on!

She was a 6,5
I did not intend to call her
People in the room had seen me numberclose the day before

People can learn from it.

The most important DHV spikes can be observed rather than told so it is not always necessary to run regular routines. Things you come up with in the field sometimes work better than canned material.
