So, Cinnamon made a number close today. She did it all wrong, but managed to get by any ways. ^__^

So my assignment now was to make two approaches, per day. I was also hoping to get some kind of a close today, didn't matter which kind, I was thinking a kiss close.

So as some of you may have noticed I was looking for openers using these giant Microbe plushies, specifically http://www.giantmicrobes.com/us/products/herpes.html Herpes. Cause they're cute and I wanted to try and add a bit of something new to my game.

I opened the guy who was selling them and he was nice, but he couldn't leave because a) it was his money in the float, b) he had to be there. I left the set with my four cute microbes and only realized later that it could have been possible to get a number close out of him if I'd stuck around and run the right game.

So I opened a two-set of cute boys with the herpes as was recommended to me, asking how I should infect the whole campus with it. But my creepy-girl vibe came off when I tried and I left the set feeling less than sexy.

So I was sitting in HUB again, this time trying to get over the crappy feeling from my two-set and from knowing I could have done better on my first set. Then a fairly cute boy, nothing big a 5 to a 7 comes over to my table where I was sitting. He asks in that awkward 'We're strangers so we shouldn't really talk much' voice if he can sit at my table. I say sure, but warn him "I've got Herpes" and hold up the little plushie. He laughs and I keep him chatting with me for the rest of the set. We talk about pick-up, society's expectations of girls, all sorts of stuff. I mention 'one of my boyfriends' and he picked up on it, bringing it up later in the conversation. I explain I'm in an open relationship and it turns out he is too. This was lucky for me and ended up being a big DHV for me.
Now before this point I wasn't planning to Game the boy, but I figure I'll give it a shot. While I don't do much, no kino, a few IOIs, a little bit of push/pull, nothing really resembling Game except showing a clear interest in him, I still got a number close.

I didn't get his name until I got his number, and it took me an hour and a half before I got his number so clearly my game could have been better. Informing him of all my pick-up game was probably my big mistake and made the encounter feel more like a 'We're both cool people, let's meet again sometime' close.

However, I still got a close, and I haven't even been active here for a whole week, so I'm proud of it. I was defiantly better at controlling my wild energy. There were moment where I was a little higher than maybe I should have been, but I was able to turn it down to a comfortable level pretty quickly.

So definitely not the best it could have been, but better than I started with. Cinnamon is improving thanks to you guys. ^__^

A faster number close doesn't necessarily mean better. Most of the time it's actually better game to get to know the person better before number-closing. By the way, it's conventional to use one plus sign after "FR" is there's a kiss-close involved. Just going by the mASF standard here.

I also find it interesting to see a girl working on the masculine role of the approach rather than using feminine methods (pAImAI) to get guys to open you.
