I'm still sort of laughing at this, because it was so surprising that Tim would actually do this...
Okay, so me and 2 buddies went to a local bar. Tuesday night, so the place was empty. There were 2 hired guns working the place, but one was drunk and apparently not working because it was her birthday.
So the hired gun 8 checks in with us to see if we need a pitcher refill or anything. Tim says something like, "hey, what do you think of my friend smartass right here? He's an eligible bachelor!"
My mouth sort of dropped because it was so out of character for him.
She goes, "Oh sorry, I have a boyfriend" [yeah right]
Tim says, "Yeah right!"
She explains how her BF moved her here and he's a medical whatever and they're steady blah blah blah. Okay, so she really does have a boyfriend or she's an exceptional liar.
She bounces around throughout the night and we all chat it up for a few minutes at a time.
But here's the deal - by the end of the night, she was totally hitting Tim with IOIs, and even a few negs. It would have been easy for him to # close, BF or not. She was not interested in me _at all_.
It goes back to his opener.
1) He turned himself into an ineligible target, which turned her on.
2) He made himself out to be "leader of men"
3) He made himself out to be "protector of loved ones"
All in one damn sentence, he blew me out and set up a trap. Fucking gold. Might be good to try with a wing you don't like... hehe
