I wanted to share with you all something that happened to me today.
some back ground on me
I work on a remote minesite in the north of Western Australia and I have been reading the book the Game which I am about 50 pages away from finishing.

We fly in and out of Perth

So Today there I was , on this plane with 50 other blokes that I work with and there is this Asian/Australian hostess on the plane and in my opinion she was a HB8 but hey I like asian chicks.

so about 3/4 into the flight I go to the toilet and push the screen aside that seperates where the hostesses sit and the rest of us sit and she is fast asleep so i leave her to it and use the toilet at the back of the plane.

So about 10 min later the Hostess and the male host are handing out water for everyone to drink.
so I say

me:
do you usualy snore when you sleep(cheeky grin)

her:
Noo ha ha no i don't think so (laughing)

How do you know that I was asleep? ( still laughing)

me:ah well I wanted to use the toilet and I saw you sleeping.( with a smile)

her: you should have woken me up(small giggles)

me: nah its ok I went down to the back of the plane and besides you had those little girly snorts going on you should have heard it.( with a very cheeky grin and a little laugh)

her: ha ha ha I don't snore , well I don't think so (laughing).

me: oh and you had some dribble happening too , you should have see it it was abot 3" long(laughing)

her: she is laughing while giving me the oh you cheeky boy look and looking slightly self consious at the same time.

she walks off and serves the rest of the people on the plane.

10 minutes later she comes out with this lip stick etc on and I 'm thinking like she didn't have this stuff on when we first hoped onto the plane,
so she comes up to me and say's
how come you are not sleeping, so I tell her that i did two weeks of dayshift and that I didn't need any sleep.

she asked what I did over easter what I was doing for my week off etc etc.
so not to bore you with all the detail we were getting along famously and it was all going really good then the call to land came over so she had to go.

when we landed I went up to her and said
me:
I feel cheated now

her: why(confused look)

me:well we were getting along famously but we didn't have a chance to finish the conversation we were having.

her:ah yeah what a shame hey( smiling and giggling)

me: well if you gave me your number we could pick up where we left of if you like later on.

her:ha ha yeah well I don't give my number out to passengers, how about you give me yours?( still smiling and giggling and blushing now).

me: ah I don't do that either, you won't ring.

her:oh well maybe next time then hey(smiling)

me : yeah ok maybe and I get of the plane.

so when I go inside I get a piece of paper and write my name and number(agains my better judgement) on it and give it to one of the girls at checkin and asked to give it to this hostess(gave name) and she knew who I was talking about.

and than I left

that was at 10am here and now it is 8 pm and no phone call, not that I was really expecting one).

I would also like to say that I used to have real issues with breaking the ice and saying hi which looks like I am over now.

so I ask this of you my peers
how did I do
where can i improve
and what should I have done differently

and have I just rambled on and given you all too much info.

P.s
that was the start to my day and I have done some more practicing/sarging in the city by myself after that and I am about to go out and hit the town now with my mate.
