I'm getting back into gaming and I know a lot of people frown on gaming at work, but I work with tons of hot chicks and other guys there hook up with them, so there's not reason I shouldn't try. It's a big enough place that I don't even know a lot of the girls names and work on separate floors as them, so they might as well be random girls in public as I have no line of communication with them for any reason unless I cold approach them.

We have this commons area outside with lunch tables. On lunch I noticed some new girls who go out there and sit by themselves, they don't know anybody yet. So I have implemented a plan to improve my sociability and eventually cold approach these women on my lunch break.

Today, I saw a guy I know but rarely talk to sitting alone, and a HB8 I work with and know also sitting alone a table away. My plan was to walk out there and sit with the first guy and talk for a minute, be seen, then go to the next table and talk to the HB. My goal was to be seen talking to various people and moving around. I also knew the target girl that I don't know yet would be starting her lunch later and would arrive and see me sitting and chatting with the HB8.

I have never invited myself to sit with the HB8, so that alone was good practice. I sat there for 30 minutes or so and ran a routine on her, Style's eliciting values routine, in addition to a lot of random chitchat. That went very well. She's in a LTR, but it was good practice and I wanted the social validation of being seen talking 1 on 1 with an attractive young woman. I was so deep in the conversation I never noticed the target new girl had walked up and sat down to have her lunch at the table in front of us. She was facing away but I'm sure she saw me when she first got there AND I made sure to speak loud so she could hear that I was confidently engaged in conversation and she'll recognize my voice in the future.

My plan from here is to keep approaching in this manner and starting conversations so I will be viewed as socially proof. Soon I will start cold approaching the targets and introduce myself and start running the delicate tap dance that is work game. If nothing else, being seen talking to these attractive women will further my social proof even more and give me more validation in the eyes of any of the other HBs who see me on a daily basis.
