I decided that I needed to redeem myself in day game today and noticed a cute girl in my schools dining hall (HB8, but she was wearing a hood, so it could have been HB9). She had a really cute face though, and a sexy little petite body. Anyway, I crossed her path walking to get some food and she smiled at me so I took it as an IOI. I doubled back to see where she was going, which ended up being the cereal. I positioned myself quickly to her left but didn't face her, faced the cereal.

Me: If I can make a suggestion, you should try mixing the cocoa puffs and cookie crisp
HB8: Oh but I don't like chocolate.
Me: Oh yeah? (Go into conversation about how the other dining hall has her favorite stuff, but this one doesn't)
Me: Hey I got a quick question before I get back to my friends: What would you do if you found out your mom was a stripper. (-Maverick69)
HB8: Hahaha oh man (gets a little nervous) I have no idea.
*This is where I took it too far and learned a lesson.
Me: Yeah because my buddy was at a party and they were really excited that they were having a stripper, and it ended up being his mom!
Enter the shit-test: No way I don't believe you. You're a liar.

This took me out of my confident headspace and I ejected before it crashed and burned. I have now learned that with day game, you may have to be a little more conservative with your routines, being careful not to be too outrageous with the material. I think after I asked the question I should have gone onto cold reading. Maybe tell her about herself based on her cereal choice or clothing.

Someone help me out on this. She was wearing:
Gray hooded sweatshirt
Jean skirt
Flip-flops
blonde hair, and not much makeup
*Real natural beauty none-the-less
Cereal:
said she preferred cinnamon toast crunch
corn flakes
Ended up MIXING Captain crunch and some fruity cereal like fruity pebbles. (IOI or some other conversation starter? I did after all suggest she mix some cereal)

What type of reading could I have done with that info?

I think youve complicated this whole situation ,by thinking and analysing everything far too much with the cereal and the routine and what to do.
