| Ok fellows, here's a quick break down of an interaction that I blundered a little tonight. I would really appreciate it if you all gave me some feed back on what I could have done better. Please respond!
Being that I couldn't find any wings tonight, I went out solo for a bit and tried my hand at some street game. The first girl I see is this absolutely gorgeous, tall thin burnette chick standing next to a bar texting on her smart phone. I approached and simply asked her for directions to a local dance club (lame I know, but i have actually # close this way before).
I was expecting a snub, but instead, this girl was EXTREMELY friendly. She talked and talked about the easiest way to get there, even pulled out a sheet of paper and offered to write it all down for me so I wouldn't get lost. She was smiley and chatty the whole time.
Anyway I fluffed with her a little, and then, adding a time constraint, told her I had to get going. I took a half step away (as style reccommends) and then I turned back around. Acting as if I just noticed, I said " oh by the way, I just have to say I love your nails! Are they real?" (sorry for such a cliche neg lol)
She blushed a little. "No, they're fake." she conceded, still smiling.
Then there was this great moment. We both looked each other in the eyes. It was the perfect neg. I could sense attraction. And then......
My mind went blank. I could not think of what direction to possibly steer this conversation next. So, shamefully, I politely ejected and left. Wow.
So, fellows, what direction could I have taken the conversation after this? I know of course some of the basic stacking routines (best friends test, five questions game, etc) but I didn't feel like any of those would have flowed very well with the current conversation.
Hope to hear back from ya'll so I can prevent this disaster from happening yet another time!
