Had a terrible day at work.

Attractive woman working with me talk to her all the time we have a real connection with one another was planning on asking her out soon and find out she is married.

This happens to me all the time. a year ago at another job I silently flirted with this girl she showed signs of attraction. We talk all going good then walk by her desk pictures of her kids.

This happens many many times for me over the past couple years. I mean I am going to rip my hair out this is so frustrating.

You are upset because a girl you hadn't even talked to and a girl that you hadn't even asked out yet were married? And you fell for these girls even though you had never been out on a date or had sex OR EVEN TALKED TO ONE OF THEM????

Your issue is falling for girls like a little kid. Finding out a girl you haven't talked to is married shouldn't phase you. There are lots of other girls. If this bothers you that much you have serious stuff you need to work on dude.

I was trying to kind of make an attempt at humor with the drama, failed I guess however. I am a stoic and this stuff doesn't bother me.

You reference two situations, both in a working environment, spaced one year apart. Too small of a sample size to have any meaning. Time to get out and hit RL situations, face "rejection" and increase your face time with women.
