Mia is a girl a met at college. By accident we were both late to an exam and that day we had to bounce from classroom to classroom for almost half an hour because we were not sure about where we were supposed to take it. After that we talked a few times on FB but then lose contact for some months.
At that time I was in a relationship. She is not a hot babe, thats for sure. But when I met her I really liked the way she used to talk and express herself. Id would even say it attracted me.
Now im single, and for some weeks I kinda tried to talk to her by FB. And she always seemed busy or we didnt have fluent conversation at all. I asked her a couple of times, inderectly like "hey what are you doing tonight?" or stuff but I never really said anything solid.
Yesterday she changed her profile picture, I liked it and she instantly told me "hey theres a gig at this bar tonight, what do you say?".
I met her at the bar and she was with a male friend. I spoke, mostly to her at the start, then to her friend because he was also a guitarist like me. After the gig, he decided to stay with the band and she had to leave because of her classes on the next morning.
I told her to come with me to have a beer. She said im sorry I cant I have a class tomorrow at 8am. But then I said ok let me get a beer and then we have a taxi, Ill take you home.
At the end, we didnt got beer. We smoked I joint I offered. Then we went to a near park and I tried to get closer or touch her often. We were fluently talking about almost anything. It was like a total different person than FB. It was 12:30am by now.
At the end, we took a taxi and when arriving home she said "OMG my eyes are so fucking red, moms gonna kill me" (shes 19). She asked me "what should I do you tell me" I said "call and tell her youre with your friends and that you dont want to return alone because it might be dangerous. She said ok and did so.
We had a great time, I remember giving a compliment that was actually pretty honest about what I liked about her and she was looking at me with i dont know how to describe those eyes. She alsod laughed a lot, and when she did she would knock her head or the palm of her hand on my chest.
Finally, she said it was late and she really had to go. I left her at home by 3:00 am
Are those IOIs? Should I ask her out soon? I mean Im not even sure If I like her, I just feel that shes really interesting and that I really liked talking with her.
You should never have to ask anyone else if a girl likes you. Assume she does, flirt with her, invite her out, escalate constantly until you get a no or some push back. You can't know if a girl is in to you unless you escalate.
