Wow my last 2 posts have been titled about picking up men WTF.. lmao.

Anyways, im working the Santa Monica area with a client yesterday.. My first day with said client, im trying to get him to open up some sets and evaluate where he is at etc.. We work 3rd st and we work a couple of bars before hitting the pier.. We have some success, my client is naturally good at opening and engaging but he cant close.

So we go into a bar on the pier, it was very busy last night as there was a free concert on the pier. We have a bit of a blunder with a 3 set I send my client into as he ends up in a almost altercation with some old guy who is perving on the 3 set so I had to step in and stop that as the 3 set got away haha... Anyways the highlight of last night to me was this.. On the way out we spot a HB 9.5 (I would say 10 but im not that nice) with her parents, we both noticed her at the same time and kind of stopped so I told my client to go open with the dad and he asks me what to say and i tell him "don't worry about that, compliment his shirt or something just get in there" I am trying to get him into the 3 second habit....

Like I said hes a natural at opening and engaging so he gets in and hes talking away as im watching from the outside his attention almost purely focused on the dad but the group are sharing some laughs.. Hes doing well but it goes on and on and on... So I step in and introduce myself and escalate the conversation, shift focus to mom and daughter.. Everyone is friends now, they begin to ask what we do etc, and of course it is perfectly aligned with why this beautiful Canadian is in LA... So I do the usual demonstrate value and indirectly let it be known I probably could be of some help down the road and then thats when I went for the kill.. Oh and btw the dad was definitely AMOG until I arrived. He was a natural, he was a lawyer who had a tough sense about him... So I continue chatting with the girl and then turn to dad as I ask her for her number and say "if its ok with dad" I knew it would be he already showed us he liked us by offering us drinks and we had won his respect and now him and mom where like great she has some friends here now.. So it actually happened that I put my number in her phone and called myself but I didn't let it dial long enough... But I told my client I would be very surprised if I didn't get a text, within minutes she text me - here is my number great meeting you guys..

There was quite few interesting sets yesterday but that was a classic situation and of course it really impressed the client..
