I make sure to go to a place like that in St. Louis every weekend. It is known to be a meat market, and nowhere else do you see tougher competition (A-game AMOG's that can woo a woman all night), and flocks of the hottest women in the city CONSISTENTLY. I would say to keep going back to that place every weekend, you will accelerate your game so much that sarging any other place is like shooting fish in a barrel.
Tip well and befriend the wait staff. I tip $2.50 to $3.00 per drink, and the waitresses fight for who gets to wait on me as soon as I walk in the door. I'm young, but they never card me there, they just wave me and whoever I'm with inside... because I know the bouncers by name. I also know the owner. It is big DHV to introduce a girl to him when he is there. I also know the regulars who drink there, so if I need to build social proof amongst the patrons, it isn't too hard to do.
If you do this, you won't be intimidated by anybody because they are coming into YOUR turf. You know that any guy who fucks with you at all will be immediately tossed because your business is more valuable than his. This makes PEACOCKING easier. Talking to women in YOUR club becomes as easy as talking to women who walk into your living room and try to look cool hanging out with your FRIENDS (wait staff and regulars).
Oh, and by the way, no set is out of your league.
