I do not know how to interpret that bolded part in the quotation below - can you give me some real life examples ?

just do what you afraid of doing.
rupture the fear means, rupture your social value.

Not being affraid to rupture (ruin, break) one's social value might be in fact a demonstration of a higher value (not lower value which at first might be the correct outcome). Is this what you are saying ?

i meant and understood of the sentence above so - you got fear, it's because you act against the society rules, therefore, and because you think of the outcome anytime, you driven by the fear of society, so think as you don't need any outcome and rapture the fear.
