A3 stands for Attraction Phase 3.

Mystery Method breaks down seduction into nine phases within three broader categories. The categories are Attraction, Comfort, Seduction. A MM diagram (he calls it M3) looks something like this:

Each step in each phase has certain requirements that must be met before subsequent phases can be introduced. Because all of this information can be found in his e-book, and his e-book can be found fairly easilly, I will not go into what has to happen at each step.
