To start out, I'm quite used to being in the field and I've had my fair share of succes with women

Case is:
To make a long story short (at least as short as possible lol), I've known this girl well for almost 3 years, we met on a boarding school and we're very close friends.. we live about 3 hours of transport away from each other and sadly I was retarded enough to have another girlfriend during the year that I went there.
At the start of the year, my girlfriend and I were broken up for a short while.. during the breakup, there was a party for the school, where I almost hooked up with this girl (let's call her C). To the point I was sucking her tits and dryfucking her outside the party.. (apparently she had a bf at the time although she apparently puked after making out with me because she felt guilty LOL)
Couple weeks later, my girlfriend and I got back together for some reason. Apart from that C and I had an obvious kind of chemistry for the whole year, as she wouldn't mind cuddling in the day time and such.

She's went to my town a couple times since we graduated from the boarding school, but hasn't bothered calling me, although she keeps excusing she's been so busy and claims she misses me a lot when we talk on FB

At this reunion party a month ago, we end up kissing for a couple minutes.. she promised to come and visit me soon, which she hasn't done yet (but she comes to my town a couple times in a year, so I'm not gonna blame her yet )


The deal is that she's majorly fucking popular, she really knows how to get her attention from guys.
Most guys I know would judge her as a 10 on a 10 scale and apart from that, I'm the only guy who's made out with her from that school (in fact it was average for girls on that school to have fucked at least 2-3 guys during the year)
I've set up a goal to fuck her since the day I met her and I might even think she's long term dating potential.


How do you guys judge my chances and mostly how would you handle in my situation, when she's coming?
